Trisha's teaching is focused on sharing a deeper exploration of the practice of yoga on the mat in a way that will help you take it off the mat. From series or hatha exploration classes that focus on specific areas, movements or strength on a deeper level; to ashtanga practice that seeks to integrate breath, focus and movement in a rythmic sequence; to workshops that dig deeper into the meaning behind the practice, and how we learn that meaning through experience on our mat so we can take it into our lives, her teaching will encourage you to explore your limits, find your strength and let go of what is holding you back.
